What is Managed Services?

Managed services is the practice of outsourcing on a proactive basis management responsibilities and functions and a strategic method for improving operations and cutting expenses.

ReadySpace Managed Services let you offload specific IT operations, we will then become your Managed Services Provider. Our team will assume ongoing responsibility for monitoring, managing and/or problem resolution for selected IT systems and functions on your behalf.

Services offer are such as alerts, security, patch management, data backup and recovery for different client devices: desktops, notebooks, servers, storage systems, networks and applications. Offloading routine infrastructure management to our experienced managed services professional lets you concentrate on running your business, with fewer interruptions due to IT issues.

Service priced based on a subscription basis. Basic services start with a monitoring service to fully managed services that cover everything from alerts through problem resolution.

External and Internal Vulnerability Scanning provide you with vulnerability reports concerning both your publicly-exposed internal servers and applications.

Web Application Firewall

Protect web-based applications from attacks. It ensures that known-good traffic is allowed through to the protected applications. Able to track requests to responses, and outbound responses are checked for suspicious content.

Network Access Control

Designed to provide your networks with control over Workstations, Servers and other network devices. It is able to provide authentication and security compliance testing prior to allowing a new device to operate on your network.

Email Security

Designed to stop spams, e-mail-borne viruses, Trojan Horses, and, whenever possible, identity theft schemes. Unique custom block filters allow clients to scan for critical data such as credit card numbers from leaking.

System Incident and Event Management

SIEM service utilizes 24x7 Security Operations Center, which combines people, processes and technology to deliver analysis and reporting of log data from a wide variety of data sources.

DDoS Mitigation

Focuses exclusively on stopping availability threats such as DDoS. You can deploy our system in front of services to stop application-layer attacks and disrupt botnet communications.
